The hiring begins one Saturday at 5 p.m. and ends one Saturday at 10 a.m.
The household linen is not provided.
Any hiring in progress is due in its entirety.
Down payments, i.e. 25% of the total amount of the hiring, should be paid at the reservation, and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The balance must be paied when collecting the keys as well as a deposit of 305€, which will be refunded about eight days after the stay except in the event of degradations.
The house must be released in a perfect state of cleanliness, but the housework could possibly be done after your departure for 61€ in addition.
The tenant must be ensured for all the risks likely to engage his personal responsibility throughout the hiring period.
